“Do Not Sell My Personal Information” Rights Notice
NEW: California’s “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” right and what it means for California residents.
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides California residents with a host of new rights, including the ability to prevent companies from “selling” their Personal Information.
If you are a Californian resident, you have the right to opt-out of the “sale” of your Personal Information and ask to be removed from the Company’s database pursuant to the CCPA. You may request to exercise this opt-out by filling out the webform here or emailing the Company at info@cpdirectllc.com, and providing your full name and the information that you wish to be deleted. The Company may request additional information to verify you and to accept your request.
By submitting this request, you are declaring that you are a California resident availing yourself of the rights afforded to you under the CCPA.
Once your data is deleted, then Company is unable to transfer it.
The Company does not sell data to data brokers.
